When designing the new modular rotary table system, the future requirements of the machine and system builders were in focus for Jenaer Antriebstechnik. In addition, the cooperation with the partners THK and TECNOTION helped to develop the system. Thanks to the combination of the various company competencies about precision bearings and torque motors, a scalable and coordinated rotary table system was created. The rated torque range extends from 1.1 Nm (peak 3.8 Nm) to 154.5 Nm (peak 500 Nm) and thereby covers almost every application.
High flexibility and modularity
For the machine designer, the choice of a rotary table system focuses on a compact, space-saving design and a scalable offer. In this regard, he is offered a large selection of standard modules that can be quickly and individually compiled and adapted for the corresponding application. The JAT rotary table systems convince due to their low height and thus require very little space. The customer is supported by JAT specialists throughout the entire solution process, from concept development to commissioning and subsequent training. The engineers design the rotary table system in accordance with the requirements for the application, such as size, dynamics and cycle times.
