Klaus Helmes hat zum 1. Oktober 2008 die Leitung des neu geschaffenen Geschäftsbereichs Residential & Light Commercial für Deutschland, Österreich und die Schweiz bei der Johnson Controls Systems & Service GmbH übernommen.

Der neue Geschäftsbereich Residential & Light Commercial bündelt die Angebote von Johnson Controls im Bereich Klimasysteme und Kaltwassersysteme bis 150 kW. Ziel ist es, auf individuelle Kundenwünsche noch flexibler eingehen zu können und innovative Lösungen aus einem breit gefächerten Produktportfolio anzubieten.

Klaus Helmes ist seit mehr als 22 Jahren in der Kälte-Klima-Branche tätig und seit 12 Jahren bei Johnson Controls. Dort war er zuletzt als Director Sales für den Gesamtvertrieb des Bereichs Systems zuständig.
