USD/JPY: Steht eine neue Aufwärtsbewegung bevor?

Rückblick

Zum Börsenschluss am Freitag bei ca. 129,56 Yen hat das Währungspaar einen Gewinn von ca. 0,9% verzeichnet. Heute bewegte sich der Kurs mit +0,8% weiter nach oben. Im Abwärtstrend seit Oktober 2022 hat der Kurs am 16.01. ein Tief bei 127,22 Yen markiert. Seitdem hat der Kurs um zeitweise 2,9% zugelegt.

Analyse

Den mittelfristigen Abwärtstrend, welcher der USD/JPY zuletzt am 12.01. bestätigt hat, bildet eine Linie bei aktuell 120,30 Yen, welche heute überschritten wurde. Da es jedoch auch am 06.01. schon einen ähnlichen Fehlausbruch über die Trendlinie gab, sollte man für eine bullische Haltung zum Kurs einen Tagesschluss oberhalb der Abwärtstrendlinie abwarten.

Zudem wäre dann auch die Widerstandsebene im Bereich von 129,42 bis 130,57 Yen durchbrochen und könnte in der Zukunft als Horizontalunterstützung dienen.

Ausblick

Sollte der Kurs sich also weiterhin bullisch zeigen, könnten wir eine Fortsetzung der Kurserholung bis über 132 Yen beobachten. Andernfalls könnte der Kurs wieder unter die Abwärtstrendlinie fallen und damit den Abwärtstrend erneut bestätigen. Dann könnten weitere Abwärtsbewegungen Richtung 127,00 Yen folgen.
