Aachen December 2, 2013 – Die KISTERS AG zeigt den neuen 3D Systems Vollfarb Kunststoff 3D Druckern "live" auf der Euromold 2013 Halle 11 Stand C108.
KISTERS announced the release of the new ProJet® 4500 3D printer. An industry-first, this printer delivers vibrant, full-color plastic parts straight out of the printer for concept models, functional prototypes and durable end-use products.
The ProJet 4500 builds on the power of 3D Systems’ ColorJet Printing (CJP) and with the new VisiJet C4 Spectrum material provides flexible and strong parts, pixel by pixel, straight out of the printer, in high resolution CMY color with a superior surface finish. Fast and safe for office use, the ProJet 4500 is economical, easy to use and environmentally friendly, with fully integrated material recycling.
“This 3D printer significantly changes the scope of what’s possible with full-color 3D plastic printing,” said Buddy Byrum, Vice President, Product and Channel Management, 3D Systems. “As the only full-color continuous-tone plastic 3D printer available, it means that end use parts, models, and prototype can be printed in full color, quickly, accurately and with hard plastic durability.”
The ProJet 4500’s fast build speeds, and zero post-processing or painting required means it will work perfectly for any company designing plastic products including consumer products, home furnishings, healthcare, toys and collectibles, architectural modeling, marketing communications, fashion design and more.
