Aus diesem Grund schloss die Sächsische Anstalt für kommunale Datenverarbeitung (SAKD) einen Rahmenvertrag mit der Firma KMS Computer GmbH aus Dresden, deren Software GEBman eine durchgängige Lösung für Facility Management, geografische Informationen und die Verwaltung von Dokumenten anbietet.
Das moderne GEBman Bedienerkonzept mit intuitivem Handling erlaubt eine schnelle Einarbeitungsphase. Dadurch werden Zeit- und Kostenersparnisse schnell erzielt. GEBman ist die erste FM-Software, die auch auf Tablet-PC oder Smartphone komplett in der Cloud angewendet werden kann.
Als unabhängige Institution berät die SAKD sächsische Kommunalverwaltungen bei der Beschaffung von IT-Verfahren und
-Dienstleistungen und informiert über aktuelle Entwicklungen kommunaler Informationstechnik.
