Kältetherapie in Form von Eisschwimmen gibt es seit vielen Jahren. Diese Erkenntnisse nutzen bereits heute, Profifußballer welche nach dem Training oder Spiel in die Eistonne steigen. In dem rund 90-Minuten-Vortrag zeige ich Ihnen, wie Sie durch schrittweise Abhärtung Ihr Immunsystem stärken können, Entzündungen vorbeugen und Ihren Alterungsprozess verlangsamen. Durch die starke Körperdurchblutung beim Eisschwimmen sind verbesserte Fähigkeiten der Sexualorgane zu beobachten. Für Eisschwimmen gehören keine besonderen Fähigkeiten. Jeder über 16 Jahren hat inder Regel genug Körperfett um auch in Extremtemperaturen zu schwimmen.
