The portfolio also includes planning through to final assembly of ultra-pure media and sterile systems for input materials such as gases, biochemicals, pharmaceuticals, foodstuffs and chemicals used in production processes.
Kraftanlagen increases range for pharmaceutical industry
The company, which has sites in Frankfurt am Main, Ingelheim and Bottrop, has about 100 employees. As a unit, it will strengthen the Industry business unit of Kraftanlagen Energies & Services. Its head, Mario Vouilleme, says: "With the purchase, we are increasing our capacities in Hesse, North Rhine-Westphalia and Rhineland-Palatinate and, among other things, expanding the range of solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. After we covered the engineering side in the region in September 2021 with the purchase of Kiel Engineering GmbH and the subsequent expansion of ECM Nord, the acquisition of H & R now completes our integral offer for our customers with the execution side."
Alexander Hock, Managing Director of H & R and new Head of the "Central Region" in the Industry business unit explains: "This is a valuable step towards a secure joint future. Not only will our jobs and locations be preserved, we now have great development opportunities as part of the Kraftanlagen Group. For our customers, we will continue to be a reliable partner."
