Auch das Hotel ist im Sinne des o.g. Gesetzes ein Internet Service Provider!
Alle Internetdaten, die das Hotel verlassen sind anonymisiert, d.h. sie tragen als Absender nur eine Adresse - die des Hotelanschlusses. Im Falle einer Rückverfolgung der Datenspur durch die Exekutive muss der Dienstanbieter - hier also der Hotelier - bis zu 6 Monate rückwirkend nachweisen können, welcher Gast zum fraglichen Zeitpunkt eine Verbindung zur gesuchten Internetadresse hatte.
Das gelingt nur mit einer integrierten Lösung im Hotelgateway, wie es die KraftCom GmbH bereits seit letztem Jahr in ihren Systemen anbietet. Jeder Internetgast wird dabei über Zimmernummer, Reservierungscode, Voucherkennung o.ä. identifiziert und Daten über seine Verbindungen ins Internet gespeichert. Je nach Hotelgröße können die Daten lokal im Gateway oder extern auf einem FTP-Server des Hotels oder auch bei KraftCom gespeichert werden.
Die Vorratsdatenspeicherung ist bei KraftCom für Anlagen unter Wartungsvertrag bereits ab 300 EUR netto zu bekommen. Kein Geld also, wenn man im Notfall die behördlichen Probleme damit umgehen kann.
