inconso erweitert Leistungsportfolio durch Integration der pdv TAS GmbH

Die inconso AG hat 100 % der Anteile des Hamburger IT-Unternehmens pdv Technische Automation + Systeme GmbH (pdv TAS) übernommen und wird diese vollständig integrieren. Die Kernkompetenzen des 32 Mitarbeiter zählenden Unternehmens liegen in der individuellen Entwicklung und Integration von technischen IT-Lösungen, im Bereich der Embedded Systems sowie im Mobile Computing. Somit erfährt das Leistungsangebot der inconso AG eine vielversprechende Ergänzung. Mit dem nunmehr zehnten Standort in Hamburg und einem Wachstum auf über 420 Mitarbeiter baut die inconso AG ihre führende Rolle als Anbieter von Softwarelösungen für Logistik in Europa weiter aus.

Der bisherige Geschäftsführer der pdv TAS, Dr. Oswald Römer, wird im Zuge der Integration zum Mitglied der inconso Geschäftsleitung bestellt.
