Award Winning Wireless Spectroscopy
The new compact portable Wireless NIR Reflection device platform from Spectral Engines, Prism Award Winner at Photonics West 2016, is a battery-powered NIR analyzer that can be operated with a computer or mobile device. Sensor Control SW for PC and Android is included. It offers an easy way to start your application development. It is very price competitive and comes with integrated illumination for diffuse reflection.
All of Spectral Engines’ spectral sensors utilize the innovative MEMS-based Fabry-Perot tunable filter technology. Designed for harsh industrial applications, they offer extreme robustness even in the most demanding environments.
Telecentric Laser Line Projector
As opposed to conventional line lasers that project a diverging fan, Osela’s TLP (Telecentric Laser Projector) provides a parallel non-angular laser line illumination. It has the advantage of offering a micron thin line with constant thickness over the entire length, and it reduces object occlusions on your image plane which is critical for 3D high-precision structured lighting applications. Typical applications where these unique features are required are for example inspection of semiconductors, microelectronics and solar cells.
New Imaging Spectrometer
The Atlas 2D analysis system is the ultimate 2D imaging CCD combined with a spectrometer opening up an unprecedented range of capabilities and flexibility.
The Atlas is developed for use in the display and LED panel markets to test characteristics such as luminance, colour uniformity, Mura, White point adjustment, etc. The Atlas combines two fundamentally different devices in one solution giving it unprecedented capabilities and flexibility. Due to the software the operation of the Atlas is very user-friendly.
The Atlas consists of a 2D RGB imaging CCD and a spectrometer (spectral range between 380 - 780 nm) with the following camera choices:
- 2 MP RGB CCD
- 8 MP RGB CCD
- 16 MP RGB CCD
