Eine Messlösung für alle Wellenlängen: Positionsempfindliche Detektoren für alle Wellenlängen

Detektoren zur Positionsbestimmung im Wellenlängenbereich von Si und Ge-Bereich sind schon seit langer Zeit Stand der Technik. Für andere Wellenlängen gab es nur sehr teure oder gar keine Lösungen.

Nun kann Laser 2000 mit dem neuen Positionsmesssystem SDI-DPQ von Spectrum Detector für alle gängigen Wellenlängen eine Messlösung anbieten!

Basierend auf dicht gepackten pyroelektrischen Detektoren wird der Wellenlängenbereich von UV bis FIR erschlossen. Eine USB-Anbindung unter Windows vereinfacht den Datentransfer, die im Lieferumfang enthaltene Software die Datenauswertung. Kontrollieren auch Sie die Position, die Langzeitdrift oder das Schwingungsverhalten von Bauteilen ohne Spezialkonverter.

Mit einer aktiven Fläche von 9 mm sowie 20 mm Kantenlänge werden die meisten Anwendungsfälle angesprochen. Um die pyroelektrischen Detektoren adäquat zu beleuchten, sind gepulste Lichtquellen zu verwenden, bei cw-Lasern kommen Chopper zum Einatz. Die Pulsrate kann zwischen 1 und 400 Hz frei gewählt werden. Die .NET-basierte Software unterstützt auch ein Arbeiten mit LabView, wodurch ein sehr breiter Kundenkreis angesprochen wird.
