The new Eye-Safe RPP module from Osela allows integration into systems without the need to worry about eye safety to the end-users and manufacturers alike. Available at 830 nm (IR) and 660 nm (visible), the RPP will project up to 100,000 randomized cluster-free dots over a large FOV. The RPP adds needed texture to your image, increasing depth sensing resolution for applications such as bin picking, palletizing and robot guidance.
Osela’s Fireline is a Thermo-Electrically Cooled high power direct semiconductor pattern generator. With diode powers up to 12 W it is the ideal choice for outdoor industrial inspection applications, for instance rail and road inspection. It is available at 670 nm (1.5 W) and 808 nm (5 - 12 W). Standard features include external focusing, high pointing and focus stability, and integrated monitoring and modulation.
