The Hybrid Hexapod from ALIO is a new and better way of the classical Hexapod approach.
With the combination of serial and parallel kinematic axes, it is possible to achieve highest precision and dynamic, as well as flexible combination of travel ranges and dimensions. Through the use of standard XY and rotary axes, this design is also the least cost intensive solution on the market.
Our recommended controllers allow a precise forward and inverse kinematic. Also complex operations like change of pivot point position, or change of the coordinate system is easily possible. Thus the former imprecise principles of classical hexapod motions have been overcome.
