InGaAs-Kameras treiben die Entwicklung von NIR-II-Fluoreszenzfarbstoffen und Bildgebungsmitteln voran

Die InGaAs-Kameras haben die Entwicklung von NIR-II-Fluoreszenzfarbstoffen und Bildgebungsmitteln für präklinische Tests auf einer Vielzahl von Plattformen vorangetrieben – Darunter einwandige Kohlenstoffnanoröhren (SWNTs), Quantenpunkt-Nanopartikel, Seltenerd-dotierte Nanopartikel, polymere Nanopartikel und niedermolekulare wasserlösliche Farbstoffe. Eine NIR-II-Bildgebung unter Verwendung dieser Mittel hat eine verbesserte Eindringtiefe gezeigt, wodurch eine vaskuläre Bildgebung unter der Oberfläche bei hoher räumlicher Auflösung ermöglicht wird. Die Veröffentlichung von Zbigniew Starosolski und Kollegen zeigt die Umsetzung unter Verwendung unserer Ninox Kamera.
