Neue Multi-Laser-Fluoreszenz-Filter-Sets für Live-Cell- und Fluorescent-Protein-Based-Imaging

Das Dualband-Filterset für die Laserwellenlängen 488 nm und 561 nm sowie ein Quad-Band-Filter-Set für die Wellenlängen 405/488/561/635 nm sind jetzt ab Lager über Laser 2000 erhältlich.

Speziell für den Research-Bereich Live-Cell- und Fluorescent-Protein-Based-Imaging, in dem höchste Empfindlichkeit und Geschwindigkeit eine Rolle spielen wurden diese neuen Filter-Sets entworfen.

Das Dualband-Filterset ist für GFP und mRFP (speziell mCherry) und ähnliche Fluophor-Paare geeignet. Das Quad-Band-Filterset wurde für die DAPI/GFP/mCherry/Cy5 und ähnliche Fluophor-Paarungen designed.

Für die konfokalen Mikroskope von Olympus (FluoView FV300, FV1000) und Nikon ( Eclipse CA Plus/si, AI) und Total-Internal-Reflection-Systeme von Nikon (TIRF) und Olympus (FV1000-EVA und TIRF Illuminator) eignen sich die Sets ganz besonders. Passendes Spinning-Disk-System ist z.B. von Olympus das DSU-System.
