Bei LASER COMPONENTS erhalten Sie die roten 660 nm cw Laserdioden von Arima Lasers, die alle Erwartungen an technologisch anspruchsvolle Produkte erfüllen, zu unschlagbaren Konditionen.

Bei einer Ausgangsleistung von 50 mW zeichnet sich das Bauteil durch die hohe Betriebstemperatur, eine minimale Stromaufnahme und sehr hohe Lebensdauer von etwa 30.000 Stunden aus.

Die geringe Divergenz von nur 9° x 17° erleichtert das Erreichen eines hochwertigen Strahlprofils für Analytik- und Life Science Anwendungen erheblich. Aufgrund der hohen Leistung ist die Laserdiode auch für den Einsatz in Laserscannern und Linienlasern geeignet.
