LASER COMPONENTS stellt den neuen ProCleave LD II vor: den Fasercleaver für Großkernfasern von NorthLab. Zahlreiche neue Features wandeln den ProCleave vom manuellen zum automatischen Fasercleaver. So kann die neue Version bis zu 4 Cleave-Programme speichern, die per externer Software oder direkt am Gerät über den Programm-Speicher anwählbar sind. Die Zugkraft muss nicht länger manuell am Gerät eingestellt werden, sondern kann bequem über die Software geregelt werden.

Weiterhin besitzt der ProCleave LD II einen einzigartigen Klemmmechanismus welcher sich automatisch auf den jeweiligen Faserdurchmesser einstellt ・ lästige Justagearbeiten entfallen. Durch sein einfaches Handling, äußerst plane Brüche, die hohe Winkelgenauigkeit (< 0,5°) und die absolute Reproduzierbarkeit eignet sich der ProCleave LD II optimal fü das Produktionsumfeld.

Um eine hohe Cleave-Performance zu erzielen, werden alle entscheidenden Parameter automatisch üerwacht und kontrolliert. Nach wie vor ist es auch bei der neuen Generation mölich, alle gägigen Faserhalter von Fujikura, Fitel oder 3SAE zu adaptieren. Fasern mit Cladding-Durchmesser von 125 ・ 550 μm und Coating-Durchmesser von 250 ・ 900 μm könen bearbeitet werden.
