Dichroic long-pass or short-pass mirrors are used to separate wavelengths or entire wavelength ranges in laser systems. While one wavelength range passes through the mirror, the other is reflected. HR1064 HT808+879. 808 nm is a typical pump wavelength of diode-pumped lasers. Yet more and more laser diodes at 879 nm are being used for pumping as well.
