Mit den neuen Laserserien FLEXPOINT® MVmicro und FLEXPOINT® MVpico setzt LASER COMPONENTS den Standard für Linienlaser in der Bildverarbeitung. Die MVmicro Laser eignen sich besonders für den Stand-Alone Einsatz. Sie haben einen Durchmesser von 19 mm und 65 mm Länge. Deutlich kleinere Abmessungen besitzt der MVpico Laser. Er ist nur 50 mm lang; der Durchmesser beträgt gerade einmal 10 mm. Damit eignet er sich optimal für die Integration in Smart Kameras.

Die vorgestellten Laser werden bei Einhaltung der Laserklasse 2 oder 2M angeboten. So kann z.B. ein Laser mit 20° Öffnungswinkel bis knapp 20 mW Leistung in die Klasse 2M eingestuft werden. Jeder Laser wird dafür jedoch einer Einzelprüfung unterzogen.
