Mechanisch robust, staub- und wasserdicht und einfach zu bedienen: das sind sie, die neuen FLEXPOINT® HD Lasermodule von LASER COMPONENTS. Robuster als jedes andere Modell wurde die HD-Serie für raue Industrieumgebungen entwickelt - auch an umfangreiches Zubehör für die Installation und Inbetriebnahme wurde gedacht.

Die Punkt-, Linien- und Kreuzlaser der Serie sind die richtigen Werkzeuge für Ausrichtund Markieraufgaben in Industrie und Handwerk. Ob in der metall-, holz- oder steinbearbeitenden Industrie, im Fahrzeugbau oder in der Textilindustrie, überall kommen Laserlinien oder Laserkreuze zur Positionierung des Materials oder der Werkzeugmaschinen zum Einsatz; mit ihrer Hilfe werden Arbeitsabläufe optimiert.

Die FLEXPOINT® HD Laser lassen sich elektrisch einfach anschließen, dank an den weiten Versorgungsspannungsbereich von 4,5 - 30 VDC und den integrierten M12- Stecker. Durch den variablen Fokus können die Laser auf jeden Arbeitsabstand eingestellt werden. Sie leuchten in einem hellen rot (635 nm) und können ab Werk auf eine bestimmte Laserklasse eingestellt werden (z.B. 1M oder 2M). Das Gehäuse hat einen Durchmesser von 19 mm und entspricht der Schutzklasse IP67.
