Für den Einsteiger und den Profi geeignet ist das FlexScan OTDR von AFL. Das kostengünstige Messgerät hat Eigenschaften, die in dieser Preisklasse ungewöhnlich sind.

Hierzu zählt bspw. die SmartAuto Funktion, die der OTDR Datenerfassung mittels automatischen Suchlaufs dient oder auch die LinkMap Funktionalität, durch die alle Netzwerk-Konfigurationen komfortabel auf dem Display erfasst werden. Bei der Fehlererkennung werden sowohl die Position als auch die Fehlerursache angezeigt.

Das FlexScan OTDR ermöglicht es auch unerfahrenen Technikern, schnell und zuverlässig Fehler zu entstören oder optische Netzwerke vollständig zu charakterisieren. Obwohl das Gerät klein ist, enthält es eine Laser-Quelle, einen optischen Leistungsmesser, eine Rotlichtquelle (VFL) und bietet außerdem drahtlose Kommunikationsmöglichkeiten über Bluetooth und WiFi.

Das FlexScan setzt einen neuen Standard für Preis, Leistung, Mobilität und einfache Bedienung - erhältlich ist es bei LASER COMPONENTS.
