Neue IR Strahler

LASER COMPONENTS präsentiert eine neue Generation diamantartiger pulsbarer Infrarot-Strahler. Die Baureihe DLSxxxX2224 löst den bisherigen Typen 17-900 bzw. 22-1000 ab.

Wesentliche Verbesserungen sind eine engere Prozessführung, eine verlängerte Lebensdauer und ein vergrößerter HotSpot. Insbesondere hat sich bei Wellenlängen über 4,5 μm das Signal um etwa 30% erhöht.

Das Diagramm zeigt eine Beispielmessung für die Modulationstiefe in Abhängigkeit von der Pulsfrequenz. Gemessen wurde mit einer extended InGaAs Fotodiode des Typs IG26X250S4i.
