Für Industrie, Medizintechnik und Militär erhalten Sie von LASER COMPONENTS zwei Versionen leistungsstarker singlemode-Laserdioden bei 830 nm, hergestellt vom Partner Arima Lasers, Inc. Die ADL-83Z01HL produziert eine optische cw-Ausgangsleistung bis 100 mW, die Komponente ADL-83Z15HL sogar 150 mW. Beide Emitter sind in hermetisch abgeschlossene TO-56 Gehäuse integriert und können im Pulsmoduls entsprechend übersteuert werden.

Zu den Hauptanwendungen gehören Bestrahlungen in der Medizintechnik sowie IR-Beleuchtungen. Selbst der Einsatz in Nachtsichtgeräten und Rangefindern, die rauen Umgebungsbedingungen wie Hitze und Feuchtigkeit ausgesetzt sind, stellt für diese Laserdioden kein Problem dar.
