IDA-Baureihe von CAL Sensors

Auf der Sensor + Test 2010 werden am Stand 12-516 von LASER COMPONENTS erstmalig die Prototypen der IDA-Baureihe in Europa vorgestellt. Bei der IDA-Serie (IR Detector Assembly) handelt es sich um PbS- bzw. PbSe-Detektoren in TO-8 Gehäusen mit integriertem Peltierkühler und Thermistor. Ein ACgekoppelter Vorverstärker mit dem Verstärkungsfaktor 10 ist ebenfalls in dem Gehäuse untergebracht.
