LASER COMPONENTS stellt die Weichen für weiteres Wachstum und gliedert dabei den operativen Betrieb in eine eigene Gesellschaft aus.

Patrick Paul, Geschäftsführer der bisherigen LASER COMPONENTS GmbH, informiert über die Details der vollzogenen Umstrukturierung: „Ab dem 1. Juli 2021 werden wir den operativen Betrieb der LASER COMPONENTS Gesellschaft für den Vertrieb und die Fertigung von Lasern und optoelektronischen Komponenten mbH, kurz: LASER COMPONENTS GmbH, in eine neu gegründete Gesellschaft, die LASER COMPONENTS Germany GmbH, überführen.“

Der Übergang erfolgt nach den Vorschriften des Umwandlungsgesetzes auf dem Wege einer partiellen Gesamtrechtsnachfolge durch eine Ausgliederung zur Neugründung. Der Geschäftsbetrieb wird unverändert von der LASER COMPONENTS Germany GmbH fortgeführt. Sitz, Geschäftsadresse und Geschäftsführer der LASER COMPONENTS Germany GmbH bleiben ebenfalls gleich.

Im Zuge der Ausgliederung wird die LASER COMPONENTS GmbH umfirmieren und sich unter dem neuen Namen Photona GmbH primär auf das Beteiligungsmanagement der Firmengruppe und deren strategischen Ausbau fokussieren. Die Eigentümerverhältnisse bleiben dabei unverändert.

Alle Mitarbeitenden werden in einer der beiden Gesellschaften übernommen. Geschäftsführer der LASER COMPONENTS Germany und Photona GmbH ist Patrick Paul.

Laser Components Germany GmbH

LASER COMPONENTS hat sich auf die Entwicklung, Herstellung sowie den Vertrieb von Komponenten und Dienstleistungen für die Lasertechnik und Optoelektronik spezialisiert.

Seit 1982 steht das Unternehmen seinen Kunden mit Verkaufsniederlassungen in fünf ­Ländern zur Verfügung. Die Eigenproduktion an verschiedenen Standorten in Deutschland, Kanada und den USA wird seit 1986 verfolgt und macht etwa die Hälfte des Umsatzes aus.
