Digitaler Treiber für FLEXPOINT® -Module

Zur Steuerung und Überwachung von ausgewählten FLEXPOINT®-Lasermodulen bietet LASER COMPONENTS jetzt einen digitalen Lasertreiber an. Der Mikrocontroller wird über USB oder RS-232 mit dem Modul verbunden. So können zum Beispiel wichtige Betriebseinstellungen wie Ausgangsleistung, Trigger, Pulsieren und Modulation vom Nutzer nach eigenen Vorstellungen programmiert werden.

Über die Steuerung können aber auch Parameter wie die Betriebszeit des Systems, die Temperatur im Modul oder der Laserdiodenstrom überwacht werden. Daraus kann der Awender zum Beispiel Rückschlüsse auf den Alterungsprozess ziehen. Durch vorausschauende Wartung können dann Ausfallzeiten signifikant reduziert werden.

Zudem garantiert der Mikrocontroller eine stabile Ausgangsleistung sowie eine besonders gute Linearität zwischen der Steuerspannung und der analogen Ausgangsleistung.
