Weltneuheit: Bei LASER COMPONENTS erhalten Sie die VBG-stabilisierte 785 nm Single-Mode Laserdiode des Herstellers PD-LD. Im nahen infraroten Spektralbereich ist das der erste Laser in einem 5,6 mm TO-Gehäuse, an dem die VBG-Technologie angewendet werden konnte.

Die Laserdiode zeichnet sich durch zweierlei aus: Sie hat eine stabile Wellenlänge mit einer geringen spektralen Bandbreite von nur 0,1 nm und einer hohen optischen Leistung bis zu 120 mW. Das gelingt durch das Zusammenspiel der patentierten VBGTechnologie mit einer Monitordiode oder einem internen Temperatursensor.

Eingesetzt werden diese Laserdioden in der Raman-Spektroskopie, der Medizintechnik und bei militärischen Anwendungen.
