Bereits weit vor Anmeldeschluss war die Informationsveranstaltung von LeasePlan Deutschland zum Thema Fuhrparkrecht ausgebucht. Damit potenzielle Teilnehmer, die keinen Platz mehr bekommen haben, live dabei sein können, wird das Neusser Fuhrpark-Unternehmen parallel zur Veranstaltung twittern. Internetnutzer können die Tweets über den offiziellen LeasePlan Account @LeasePlanDE verfolgen. Passend zum Veranstaltungsthema wird LeasePlan den Hashtag #fuhrparkrecht verwenden.

Der Kongress mit dem Titel "Das rechtliche Spannungsfeld des Fuhrparkverantwortlichen im Fokus" findet am 8. Mai 2014 in Münster statt. Thematisiert werden die verschiedenen rechtlichen Aspekte, denen Fuhrparkleiter im Arbeitsalltag begegnen. Auf der Veranstaltung referieren unter anderem spezialisierte Berater und Fachanwälte zu Themen wie Datenschutz, Dienstwagenüberlassungsvertrag oder auch Führerscheinkontrolle.
