Der FlexoMatrix© Montageautomat für den Flexodruck bietet den Druckereien bedienerunabhängige Präzision. Dieser Vorteil wird durch das einzigartige Montageverfahren erzielt. Dieses ermöglicht die geregelte Klischee-Positionierung für das Seitenregister über die gesamte Drucklänge.

FlexoMatrix© bietet mit seiner FlexoMatrix-Datenschnittstelle die direkte Datenanbindung an das bestehende Job-Management. Alle Job-Relevanten Informationen werden direkt auf den Montageautomat übertragen. Fehleranfällige manuelle Dateneingaben entfallen. Die integrierten FlexoMatrix-Scanner und –Datenschnittstellen ermöglichen die vollautomatische Systemvoreinstellung.

Weiterhin bietet die Technologieplattform FlexoMatrix© die eindeutige Klischee-Identifikation. Dadurch wird sichergestellt, dass nur durch das Job-Management des Kunden freigegebene Druckformen montiert und für den Drucksaal bereitgestellt werden. Eine entscheidende Sicherheitsfunktion bei den steigenden Marktforderungen nach mehr Produktsicherheit.
