LEONI akquiriert württembergischen Systemlieferanten

Die Nürnberger LEONI AG hat rückwirkend zum 1. August 2004 alle Anteile des Ettlinger Kabel-Spezialisten Klink + Oechsle erworben. Das 1987 gegründete Unternehmen hat sich auf die Entwicklung kompletter Kabelsysteme sowie die Konfektion von kundenspezifischen Kabeln spezialisiert. Mit rund 110 Mitarbeitern erwirtschaftete die Klink + Oechsle GmbH im vergangenen Geschäftsjahr einen Umsatz von 19 Mio. Euro. Zu den Kunden zählen namhafte Unternehmen aus den Bereichen Telekommunikation und Maschinenbau sowie Medizintechnik und Automobilbau.

Mit dem Erwerb der Klink + Oechsle GmbH plant LEONI seine führende Stellung im Markt für kundenspezifische Verkabelungslösungen weiter auszubauen. Im Juni dieses Jahres hatte LEONI im Zusammenhang mit einer Kapitalerhöhung bereits angekündigt, noch in diesem Jahr mindestens ein Akquisitionsvorhaben abzuschließen.
