LIFTKET expands business areas in France and Spain

LIFTKET Hoffmann GmbH takes over the company Action Lift from Mohamed Essabar in France and Spain with immediate effect.

The Action Lift team has more than 15 years of experience in the entertainment and industry sector and has been the exclusive distributor for LIFTKET and CHAINMASTER in France and Spain for many years.

Mohamed Essabar will continue to manage the operations of the two new LIFTKET subsidiaries with his team, thereby strengthening the presence of both the LIFTKET brand in the industrial sector and the CHAINMASTER brand in the entertainment sector. Additionally, he will ensure the success of the local MOVECAT partners.

With this further acquisition after CHAINMASTER in 2018, MOVECAT in 2019 and Hoystek in 2020, as well as the establishment of additional locations in Canada, the UK and India, LIFTKET is now setting yet another milestone in terms of internationalisation.

"Mohamed and I have had a connection within the lifting industry for many years, which is built on a high mutual trust. LIFTKET Hoffmann GmbH is an internationally renowned manufacturer of electric chain hoists with loads ranging from 125 kg to 25,000 kg. At the company premises in Wurzen, Germany, currently about 280 employees develop and manufacture solutions for the three business segments industry, custom, and stage. A strong network of service and sales partners ensure customer-oriented stockkeeping, maintenance, and repair. LIFTKET manufactures modular electric chain hoists for virtually every application that involves the safe and precise lifting of loads. Founded in 1948 by Dietrich Hoffmann, the company initially developed agricultural equipment before specializing and exclusively focusing on electric chain hoists from 1953. Hoffmann's innovations, namely the horizontal assembly of motor and gearbox and the patented safety-brake/clutch system, still set the standard for electric chain hoists.
