Im Fokus des Projekts steht das so genannte „TK Know-how“ – das Intranet, das als Informationsplattform für den Kundenservice dient. Hier werden alle wichtigen fachlichen Informationen bereitgestellt, auf welche die Servicemitarbeiter im täglichen Gespräch mit den Kunden per Suchfunktion zurückgreifen können.
„Wir wollen die Lesbarkeit der Texte optimieren, um den Informationsprozess zu beschleunigen“, konkretisiert Patrick Jänicke vom Fachreferat Intranet bei der TK den Hintergrund. LinguLab, eine Software zur Textoptimierung, soll die rund 500 Redakteurinnen und Redakteure bei der TK entlasten, die täglich den Content des „TK Know-how“ pflegen und aktualisieren. Durch die neue Text-Software können sie während der Texterstellung per Mouse-Click parallel alle wichtigen Faktoren wie Textverständlichkeit, Suchmaschinen-Tauglichkeit und Bildschirmlesbarkeit überprüfen. Für eine weitere Entlastung der Texter sollen die von LinguLab automatisch erstellten Hinweise zur Textoptimierung sorgen.
