Digitale Logistik: DKV Mobility und LIS werden Partner

DKV Mobility, die führende europäische B2B-Plattform für On-the-Road Paymentlösungen, und LIS, ein führender Anbieter von Transportmanagement- und Speditionssoftware mit Hauptsitz in Greven, werden Partner. Im Rahmen der strategischen Partnerschaft übernimmt DKV Mobility die Stimmrechtsmehrheit an LIS.

„Die Akquisition von LIS ist der nächste logische Schritt, um das digitale Angebot auf unserer Plattform konsequent zu erweitern, besonders für unsere Transport- und Frachtkunden“, sagt Marco van Kalleveen, CEO von DKV Mobility. „Wir freuen uns deshalb sehr, LIS als neues Mitglied in unserer DKV Mobility Familie begrüßen zu dürfen.“

Magnus Wagner, Co-CEO von LIS, fügt hinzu: „Unsere Partnerschaft mit DKV Mobility schafft für beide Seiten Vorteile. Über die Details der Transaktion haben beide Unternehmen Stillschweigen vereinbart.
