- Collaboration enables processing of WMS-generated data
- Start-up introduces AI-supported PDF processing
- Trade fair presence in Hall Entrance East, Stand EO59F
"An international trade fair like LogiMAT is the perfect platform for us to demonstrate the numerous application possibilities of our software solution and the potential of cross-platform collaboration," says Dr. Philipp Hüning, CEO and co-founder of Logistikbude GmbH. The software solution of the same name allows load carriers and reusable objects such as Euro pallets, boxes, or racks to be tracked transparently in real-time, providing a comprehensive overview of inventories and circulation times. The Dortmund start-up has been cooperating with Bitergo since the end of 2024, enabling smooth interaction between Logistikbude and the WMS of the DB-Schenker subsidiary.
Utilising synergies for load carrier management
"Bitergo WMS – Warehouse Star collects extensive data on which load carriers enter and leave the warehouse. By using this already available data, administrative processes can be significantly improved, and employees can be greatly relieved," says Hüning. Bitergo customers can also use Logistikbude's platform via the WMS. This allows them to benefit directly from the advantages of transparent, digital load carrier management: including an overview of inventories or shrinkage, automatic reconciliation with partners, and intelligent forecasts of reusable object consumption. This enables them to save both resources and emissions. Dieter Sellner, Head of Digital Business at DB Schenker and COO at Bitergo, says about the collaboration with Logistikbude: "As a pioneer in the digitalisation of the logistics industry, DB Schenker is interested in innovative collaborations. Together with Logistikbude, we are leveraging digital interfaces and creating synergy effects that make both applications even more powerful."
Logistikbude showcases AI-supported data processing at LogiMAT
In addition to the entire software solution and its various integration options, Logistik-bude will present another new feature at the LogiMAT trade fair: AI-supported processing of PDF documents, which allows new data to be automatically read. Instead of manually entering information into the application, users only need to upload the documents, and the feature automatically extracts the relevant information. The new function highlights Logistikbude's overarching goal of fully automating manual processes and the entire load carrier management. The software is continuously being developed to flexibly adapt to the requirements and technical conditions of customers and to automatically consolidate all data.
At Hall Entrance East, Stand EO59F, visitors to LogiMAT from 11 to 13 March 2025 can experience the software solution first-hand and get an impression of the various features and integration options.
