Prof. Dr. Dr. Dietmar Lerche, Managing Director of LUM GmbH, will give a lecture on September 27th about: “Classification of multimodal nano- and microparticle suspensions of different materials by single particle light scattering” and will present the basics, technical implementation and areas of application for single particle counting and determining the size distribution of nanoparticles and microparticles. This topic is highly relevant in a variety of industrial and research areas, from corona vaccine research to battery and semiconductor technology.
LUM also particularly recommends these other conference contributions:
• 26 September: Particle size analysis by gravitational and centrifugal sedimentation. Interlab and intralab reproducibility, Dr. Frank Babick, TU Dresden
• 27 September: Studying particle-particle interactions during sedimentation of heterogeneous systems with analytical centrifugation, Paola Ivonne Cardenas Lopez, FAU Erlangen-Nuremberg
and for the poster sessions:
• Investigation of effective agglomerate density of cohesive particulate TiO2 products, Thomas Koch, KRONOS INT. Inc.
• Determination of particle size distribution and volume concentration of calcium carbonate via optical reflectance, Sebastian Boldt, Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
The POWTECH - International Processing Trade Fair for Powder, Bulk Solids, Fluids and Liquids takes place parallel to PARTEC. Our specialist Dipl. Phys. Stefan Küchler welcomes you here at the POWTECH Stagetalks II “Pharma” on Thursday, September 28th at 11 a.m. with the topic: “Particle dispersibility, separation stability of formulations & particle separation behavior by Multi-Step Analysis”.
The LUM GmbH trade fair team looks forward to your visit in Hall 1 at Stand 1-110.
