InPrint 2015 Show and Conference Starts Tuesday 10 November

Industrial Speciality, Screen, Digital, Inkjet and 3D Technologies for Functional, Decorative, Packaging Printing

(PresseBox) (St Albans, )
InPrint 2015, the specialised show for printing technologies in manufacturing, starts next Tuesday in hall A6 at the Munich Trade Fair Centre, with a three-day technical conference consisting of 60 sessions held alongside the show. From 10-12 November, with some 150 exhibiting companies plus two conference stages, the event presents unique, cutting edge technology and high level expertise, product launches and showcases on industrial functional, decorative and packaging printing. Speciality, screen, digital, inkjet and 3D technologies will be at the centre of attention. The online registration continues to be available during show days and will still offer tickets at a favourable price compared to the on-site sale. The ticket is valid both for the show and conference and will, during the running time of InPrint, also allow access to the co-located productronica show.

InPrint is exclusively designed for industrial print technologies in manufacturing, an emerging and highly promising sector of the print industry. The show is characterised by offering pioneering solutions for the implementation of industrial print technologies into the production chains of various manufacturing industries.
On-site, visitors will find the latest technologies, machinery & components, equipment, tools and services for printing on metal, plastics, foil, textile, glass, ceramics, wood and other substrates in the main application segments functional and decorative printing and packaging printing in industrial production. The spectrum of the market is exceptionally wide; reaching from pharmaceutical industry, via automotive, electronics and white goods to interior decor.

In accordance with what’s on offer in the exhibition, the InPrint conference programme grants additional valuable know-how on industrial print: Well-respected representatives from industry and R&D will share their insight and discuss technologies, products, developments, trends, forecasts and demands for industrial print. Speakers include Heidelberg, HP, Canon, Tonejet, voxeljet, Xaar, Fraunhofer IFAM, the University of Sheffield and many more. The full programme is available on the InPrint website.

InPrint attracts senior decision makers from diverse areas of the manufacturing industry who are looking for customised, co-operatively designed system solutions for particular problems in production, in order to generate new possibilities and revenue in industrial manufacturing. Moreover, visitors also come from the printing industry.

Functional Industrial Print & 3D:
Tuesday, InPrint Conference Stage; daily at the InPrint Forum

Being a part of the production process, functional industrial print enables an electronic product or device by printing ink or another substance onto a product. This can mean applying functional layers in White Goods or in Automotive and can go along with serving a decorative function at the same time. Due to the good prospects for industrial print in electronics manufacturing, InPrint 2015 will be co-located with productronica, the world’s leading exhibition for electronic manufacturing, offering additional value for InPrint visitors.
The “InPrint Forum” (Stand D63), one of InPrint’s two conference areas, will focus on “Function“ during all three show days, including a Panel Discussion, Tech Talks and speeches by REYDEL Automotive, Chemstream, GEW and many more.
On Tuesday 10 November, the presentations to be held at the “InPrint Conference Stage“ (Stand B25) will look into the latest technological developments in speciality, screen, digital, inkjet and 3D printing including their exciting new applications.

Regarding 3D, visitors can look forward to discovering HPs MultiJet Fusion 3D printing technology and to the premiere of Heidelberg’s Jetmaster Dimension 250 for colour 4D printing. These highlights in the exhibition will be accompanied by the “3D & Function” day at the InPrint Forum on Wednesday 11 November. Companies such as voxeljet or 3D and Additive Manufacturing Advisors are going to present and discuss cutting-edge 3D technologies and developments. On November 10, Fraunhofer IPA & Tiger Coatings’ speech on “NextFactory – 3D printing of micromechatronic systems” on the Conference Stage will be a further addition to what’s on offer in additive manufacturing.

Decorative Industrial Print: Wednesday, InPrint Conference Stage

Printing with digital inkjet onto laminate, ceramics, desktops, panels, wall coverings or furnishing fabrics – this will be another main topic at InPrint 2015. Leading providers such as Hymmen, Wemhöner, Baumer or Kuei will demonstrate innovations in decorative industrial print, which allow the creative and efficient covering and converting of diverse surfaces, while cutting down on stock.
The InPrint Conference Stage will showcase and debate the possibilities of decorative printing on Wednesday 11 November. Talks by HP, Canon, Durst, Inca or Markus Benesch Creates will deliver insight into new developments, techniques and technologies for decorative surface imaging onto glass, wood, metal, ceramics, plastics, leather and textile in the context of an increasing need for mass customised production.

Industrial Packaging Print: Thursday, InPrint Conference Stage

Throughout the whole of Thursday 12 November, the Conference Stage will be dedicated to the third focal point at InPrint 2015, being packaging printing. Tonejet, Xaar, ThePackHub, Sun and many more will inform about technologies, products, developments, trends, forecasts and demands within industrial packaging print and discuss these. The sessions are going to look at innovations in technologies that will continue to provide new opportunities for printing in primary and secondary packaging in the largest and continually growing segment within industrial print. For instance, Heidelberg will speak about 4D printing in product decoration, Martinenghi on Digital Printing on Metal and Plastic Cylindrical Containers and CMA Imaging on Prototypes for the Packaging Industry.
