A total of 786 trade visitors from 51 countries came to the Bavarian capital to discover the latest technology trends and PU applications in industrial manufacturing. 68 exhibitors from 12 countries represented a comprehensive cross-section of the PU processing industry. The companies exhibited their latest products and services, showcasing the enormous potential of polyurethane as an economically and technically reasonable alternative to conventional materials in manufacturing.
The visitors of PSE Europe 2019 came primarily from Germany, Italy, Austria, Spain, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Turkey, the Netherlands, France, and Poland. With a considerably high number of international visitors (42%), PSE Europe impressed once again as an internationally recognised exhibition for polyurethane solutions. According to further results of the visitor analysis, the majority of visitors belonged to the automotive, plastics, chemicals, engineering, and construction / insulation industry sectors. Their main interests were PU systems, machinery and equipment, PU moulded parts, raw materials and auxiliaries as well as materials such as TPU, dispersions, and Bio-PU.
'Once again, PSE Europe 2019 provided a central platform that enables PU users from various industries to discuss and fully capitalise on the many application possibilities', explains Ulika Tosner, Exhibition Director of PSE Europe, on behalf of the organisers Mack Brooks Exhibitions. An excellent line-up of renowned companies visited PSE Europe 2019 to establish new business relations. Visiting companies included BMW GROUP, PORSCHE, VOLKSWAGEN, BASF, BIRKENSTOCK, EVONIK, VELUX, COVESTRO, FAURECIA, DOW CHEMICAL, SAUDI ARAMCO, MANN + HUMMEL, KRAL, GREINER AEROSPACE and many more.
The seminar programme recorded a high number of attendees and provided additional insights into major developments in PU processing as well as key strategies adopted by industry leaders to succeed and grow. The Feature Area, a dedicated on-site space, bridged theory and practice and gave visitors of PSE Europe a better understanding of how polyurethane solutions can turn into reality. The exhibits included a 6-meter-long roller shutter casing profile by FRIMO Group GmbH, an insulating shell for district heating transfer stations with connect system provided by PCC Specialties GmbH as well as the visualisation of a recycling process of post-consumer PU foams and various end products by the company Nitroil®.
PSE Europe 2019 provided an ideal meeting point to explore the latest technology trends and PU applications in industrial manufacturing. The exhibitors stated that they generated valuable contacts throughout the show and received positive business enquiries.
