Dieses subjektive Gefühl geht den Menschen zunehmend verloren. Die gestiegene Komplexität im Privat- und Arbeitsleben steht nicht mehr im Einklang mit den Fähigkeiten der Menschen, mit ihr umzugehen.
Stress und BurnOut-Risiken sind die Herausforderungen, die immer mehr das heutige Wirtschaftsleben prägen. Im Jahre 2011 gab es in Deutschland 59 Millionen Fehltage aufgrund psychischer Belastung, dies entspricht einem Produktionsausfall von 6 Milliarden Euro. Die Arbeitsfähigkeit aufgrund gesundheitlicher Beeinträchtigungen nimmt im Alter ab 48 sukzessive um durchschnittlich 33% ab.
Viele Unternehmen haben erkannt, dass die Förderung der Gesundheit ihrer Mitarbeiter eine wichtige Aufgabe ist. Aber wo geht die Reise hin? Was sind die nächsten Entwicklungsstufen im Ausbau des betrieblichen
Gesundheitsmanagements? Wie spielt der demografische Wandel hier hinein?
Am 5.11.2013 zwischen 15 und 17 Uhr wird Rainer Weichbrodt, Geschäftsführer der Management Institut Dortmund GmbH, mit seinem Impulsvortrag „Unternehmenswert Mensch“ Konzepte einer neuen Qualität der Arbeit aufzeigen, in der sich persönliche und organisationelle Resilienz entwickeln können. Die Veranstaltung richtet sich an Mitglieder des ZAA Iserlohn oder potentielle Mitglieder aus der Region.
