Die MAZeT GmbH bietet den vom Urheber zertifizierten IP-Core für den EnDat-Master (Fa. Heidenhain) zur Implementierung in FPGAs oder in ASICs an. Die serielle Kommunikationsschnittstelle für rotatorische und lineare Wegmesssysteme wurde von MAZeT entwickelt und als Produkt gepflegt. In kundenspezifischen Anwendungen besteht oftmals die Anforderung dieses Interface direkt im FPGA oder im ASIC zu integrieren. MAZeT bietet interessierten Kunden für diese Fälle das IP und den Implementierungssupport an. Sofern der Kunde es wünscht, kann das komplette Design des ASICs oder des FPGAs und dessen Lieferung übernommen werden. MAZeT verfügt über langjährige und umfangreiche Erfahrungen in der Implementierung des EnDat-Protoll-IPs. Das EnDat-IP wurde bisher in unterschiedlichsten Technologien und applikationsspezifischen Modifikationen bis hin zu Safety-Anwendungen eingesetzt.
