Seit 01.03.2006 hat der Registrar SWITCH die Eintragsgebühren für .CH- und .LI-Domains gestrichen. McAc.net-Webhosting gibt diesen Preisvorteil an die Kunden weiter, denn ab sofort können diese Domains für nur noch 36,00 EUR pro Jahr ohne Einrichtungsgebühren unter http:/www.mcac.net registriert werden. Damit konnten zwei weitere Domains bei McAc.net-Webhosting vergünstigt werden. Das Unternehmen verspricht weitere Preissenkungen im Domain-Bereich. Genaue Angaben zum Zeitpunkt und zu den betreffenden Domains stehen allerdings noch nicht fest.
.CH ist die offizielle ccTLD (country code Top-Level-Domain) der Schweiz und .LI von Liechtenstein.
