Robotergesteuerte Qualitätskontrolle mit M2-iLAN Scannern

In Zusammenarbeit mit der Firma Denso Robotik ist ein System entstanden, mit dessen Hilfe Messobjekte dreidimensional vermessen werden können.

Der Roboterarm bewegt sich dabei auf zuvor programmierten Bahnen und führt den Scanner über das Messobjekt. Die vom Scanner ausgesendete Laserlinie tastet die Messoberfläche ab. Mit spezieller Software wird die ermittelte Oberflächenkontur am Bildschirm dargestellt und ausgewertet.

Der neue M2-iLAN 60/30 - kompakter als sein Vorgänger durch integrierte Elektronik:

- kein zusätzlicher Controller notwendig
- Anschlüsse für Stromversorgung und Datenverarbeitung direkt am Sensorkopf
- Messbereich 60 mm
- Auflösung 0,05 mm
- Abtastrate 27.000 Messpunkte / sec.
