Neue Detektionstechnologie optimiert Kühlspiegelmessung

Michell Instruments präsentierte auf der ACHEMA erstmals den Taupunkt-Analysator Michell Condumax CD603 mit neuer Detektionstechnologie.

Der Automatische On-line Kohlenwasserstoff- und Wassertaupunkt Analysator basiert auf der Taupunktspiegeltechnologie und liefert zuverlässige Daten für die Qualitätsbestimmung von Erdgas. Neu ist die fortschrittliche und hochauflösende Detektionstechnologie zur sicheren Unterscheidung von Wasser- und Kohlenwasserstoff-Kondensat. Zusätzlich punktet der CD603 durch zahlreiche weitere neue Funktionen. Dazu gehört unter anderem die verbesserte Harmonisierung des Kohlenwasserstoff-Kondensationspunkts mit einer Nachweisschwelle von 5mg/m3. Eine integrierte hochauflösende Kamera liefert mit einem Zeitstempel versehene Standbilder oder Videoaufnahmen der Spiegeloberfläche während der Messung. Der Analysator ist für den weltweiten Einsatz in EX- Bereichen der Zonen 1 und 2 sowie in EX-Bereichen der Klasse I, Div. 1 zertifiziert und zugelassen.
