„Connecting People – Overcoming Barriers“ lautet das Motto der diesjährigen REConf, mit der die Konferenz einen Brückenschlag zwischen klassischem Anforderungsmanagement und der agilen Welt anstrebt. Ein umfassendes Vortragsprogramm, eine Fachausstellung für Softwarehersteller, Beratungsunternehmen und Prüfungsinstitute und zwei Workshop-Tage im Vorfeld bzw. im Nachgang zur Konferenz – die REConf verspricht auch 2016 wieder eine interessante Veranstaltung zu werden. Als Premiumaussteller wird die Berliner microTOOL GmbH mit in-STEP RED, objectiF RM und in-STEP BLUE Lösungen für professionelles Requirements Engineering bzw. IT Projektmanagement präsentieren.
Einen Schwerpunkt der Veranstaltung liegt auf der Professionalität der Business Analyse bzw. des Requirements Engineerings. Für diese Bereiche gibt es unterschiedliche Zertifizierungsmodelle und Ursula Meseberg spricht in Ihrem Vortrag über die methodischen Grundlagen, die drei der führenden Organisationen für ihre jeweiligen Zertifizierungen definiert haben. Dabei geht sie auf das Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK v3) des International Institute for Business Analysis (IIBA), auf die Lehrpläne und Skripte für die Prüfungen zum Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering (CPRE) des International Requirements Engineering Board (IREB) und die „Business Analysis for Practioniers: A Practical Guide“ des Project Management Institute (PMI) ein. Im Anschluss an ihren Vortrag lädt Frau Meseberg zum Erfahrungsaustausch auf dem Stand der microTOOL GmbH ein.
