MVV Energie steigert Effizienz im Energiedienstleistungsgeschäft

Mit Einmalaufwendungen und Wertberichtigungen in Höhe von rund 34 Millionen Euro will die MVV Energie AG die Effizienz ihrer Tochtergesellschaft MVV Energiedienstleistungen GmbH für die Zukunft steigern.

Dies führt noch im laufenden Geschäftsjahr 2008/09 (1. Oktober 2008 - 30. September 2009) zu einer entsprechenden Ergebnisbelastung. Wie das Unternehmen am Freitag mitteilte, wird mit einer Neuausrichtung die Ertragslage des wachstumsstarken Geschäftsbereichs Energiedienstleistungen nachhaltig verbessert.

Betroffen von den teilweise durch die Wirtschaftskrise verursachten Wertberichtigungen bei der MVV Energiedienstleistungen GmbH sind vor allem Anlagen im Industriepark Gersthofen bei Augsburg, im nordhessischen Korbach sowie in Ludwigshafen.

Ohne Berücksichtigung dieses Einmaleffekts bestätigt MVV Energie aus operativer Sicht beim Ergebnis (EBIT vor IAS 39) für das gesamte Geschäftsjahr 2008/09 seine bisherige Erwartung eines leichten Rückgangs gegenüber dem Vorjahresniveau (249 Millionen Euro). Zahlen zum vorläufigen Konzernabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2008/09 werden am 19. November 2009 veröffentlicht.
