MVV Energie zahlt unveränderte Dividende von 0,90 Euro je Aktie

Das Mannheimer Energieunternehmen MVV Energie AG zahlt für das abgelaufene Geschäftsjahr 2012/13 (1. Oktober 2012 - 30. September 2013) wie im Vorjahr eine Dividende von 0,90 Euro je Aktie.

Damit folgten die Aktionäre auf der diesjährigen Hauptversammlung am Freitag in Mannheim der Empfehlung von Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat. Die Zahlung der Dividende erfolgt am kommenden Montag, 17. März 2014. Die Dividende führt bei einer Aktienstückzahl von insgesamt 65,9 Millionen Aktien zu einer Ausschüttungssumme von 59,3 Millionen Euro.

An der Hauptversammlung nahmen in diesem Jahr rund 1.200 Aktionäre und Gäste teil. Sie vertraten dabei 89,7 Prozent des Grundkapitals.
