LSMW vermarktet Reinraum- und Laboranlage

Die Räumlichkeiten wurden bislang von dem Unternehmen ALvito zur Herstellung von TISSUE ENGINEERING PRODUKTEN genutzt. Das Unternehmen Alvito ist 2004 insolvent gegangen.

Die GMP-Produktionsanlage (Mobilie) der ehemaligen ALVITO- Biotechnologie GmbH, Albert-Einstein-Ring 5, 14532 Kleinmachnow, ist mit Inventar und Einrichtungen in den vollständigen Besitz der LSMW GmbH übergegangen und wird exklusiv durch die LSMW GmbH, Lotterbergstr. 30, 70499 Stuttgart, vermarktet. Bei Verkauf oder Vermietung des angebotenen Objekts entstehen dem Interessenten keine weiteren Vermarktungskosten oder Maklergebühren.

Die LSMW GmbH möchte mit der Reinraum- und Laboranlage (Mobilie) Interessenten ansprechen, die in der EU-GMP bzw. FDA regulierten Industrie tätig sind.

Die Anlage wurde für die Herstellung von Tissue Engineering Produkten geplant und kann durch bauliche Anpassungen für Produktionsbereiche zur Herstellung von:

- flüssig sterilen Produkten (therminale Endsterilisation), aseptischen Produkten (Sterilfiltraion), aseptischen Produkten mit Lyophilisation
- halbfesten Formen
- biotechnologischen Wirkstoffen (Labormaßstab)
- Medizinprodukten (Medical Device)

hergerichtet werden.

Das Gebäude (Immobilie) ist im Besitz der EUROPARC GmbH, Kleinmachnow. Interessenten müssen einen Mietvertrag mit der EUROPARC GmbH für die relevanten Flächen im EG abschließen. Die Büroflächen im 1.OG können zusätzlich optional angemietet werden. Die LSMW GmbH hat keine Vertriebsrechte von der EUROPARC GmbH erhalten.
