The JetBoy AS was developed to fill a gap in the market and enable efficient and cost-effective automated cleaning of smaller heat exchanger surfaces of approximately 1 to 200 square meters. By automating the cleaning process, cleaning times and costs are reduced, allowing for more frequent cleanings and significantly increasing the energy efficiency of the system. Additionally, employees are relieved of physically demanding tasks, increasing productivity and promoting a healthier work environment.
The use of blasting nozzles, which can have a width of 50 to 150 millimeters depending on requirements, allows for flexible adaptation to different cleaning tasks.
