The operation of heat exchangers worldwide accounts for approximately 25% of total energy consumption. Regular cleaning can reduce this consumption by up to 30%. To achieve this efficiency improvement, mycon relies on the patented JetMaster, JetBoy, and TubeMaster processes. These cleaning systems are used nationally and internationally in numerous industrial sectors.

Innovation: JetBoy AS
The JetBoy series is now complemented by the cost-effective system JetBoy AS. In its smallest version, it consumes only about 400 liters of compressed air, which can be easily generated by small compressors using power from a standard 230V socket.

Technical Highlights of JetBoy AS
JetBoy AS is a fully automated portal robot operated entirely pneumatically. It ensures high operational safety and has an air consumption of only approximately 1,750 liters per minute of operation. Additional benefits include:
