Since 2007, millions of people, cities and companies have switched off their lights for around one hour every year to set an example against environmental pollution and rising energy consumption. The campaign was launched by WWF Australia and is popular worldwide.
The global specialist for conveying complex media is also taking part in the campaign in 2025. The lights are switched off for one hour at locations worldwide - this results in a saving of 199 kW of electricity.
For NETZSCH, the issue of sustainability is not only important on the day of Earth Hour. With the help of energy-efficient processes in production and resource-saving solutions, NETZSCH is green beyond its corporate colours.
