Klinikum Osnabrück setzt für Dokumentenlenkung auf Sharepoint Technologie

Anpassungsfähigkeit und verbesserte Integration in die Microsoft dominierte IT-Landschaft gaben den Ausschlag für Softwarewechsel

Rund 2.500 Mitarbeitende und ca. 100.000 Patienten jährlich sorgen am Klinikum Osnabrück für ein sehr hohes Datenaufkommen. Datenintegrität und -verfügbarkeit sind im Klinikalltag besonders wichtig, ebenso wie kurze Reaktionszeiten auf geänderte Anforderungen an die Dokumentenlenkung. Die bisher genutzte Software konnte das nicht mehr zufriedenstellend leisten und der klinikeigene IT-Dienstleister KosIT (seit Januar 2021 als IT-Abteilung im Klinikum integriert) und das Qualitätsmanagement im Klinikum Osnabrück entschieden, für die Zukunft auf Microsoft SharePoint zu setzen. Besonders die hohe Anpassungsfähigkeit von SharePoint an Prozessänderungen sowie die gute Anbindung an weitere Microsoft Komponenten der Klinik-IT gaben den Ausschlag für die Wahl der Software. SharePoint-Experten der Münsteraner IT-Management Beratung noventum setzten mit den KosIT-Fachleuten das wichtige Projekt um.
